SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Original Paintings
My original paintings vary in size. I will agree a shipping method and rate with you after you commit to purchasing. Shipping for original paintings is calculated on destination. Each painting is packaged using glassine paper, cardboard panels, bubble wrapped and exterior waterproof membrane, before mailing via AN POST and their special delivery service. This means that your painting is tracked at every point of its journey to you.
While I will endeavor to deliver all paintings as soon as possible I cannot guarantee a specific timeline. I cannot accept liability in respect to late deliveries. If you have a specific requirement re delivery please email me on hello@doreendrennan.com.
Order Processing
All orders are fully accepted when your payment is processed and the agreed shipping fee is received.
I accept orders and agree delivery rates conditionally and without responsibility for delays arising through risks of shipping, strikes, accidents or causes beyond our control.
Prints
I ship worldwide. As stated rates have to be agreed with each purchase of original paintings.
Faulty or Damaged Items / Prints on Delivery
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully re-saleable condition.
We strongly advise that you check your order thoroughly at the time of delivery.
If the item delivered is faulty or damaged, you must notify the carrier upon receipt and also Doreen Drennan Art Studio within twenty four hours of the delivery by emailing hello@doreendrennan.com or phoning +353 87 930 3755.
If the returned print is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
This does not affect your statutory rights*.
Refunds
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.
Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:
The original account no longer exists
The original account details have expired.
*None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
